How Wing Snob Got Its Start

Wing Snob was born from a simple obsession: the perfect wing. Founded in Lansing, Michigan, our journey started in a small kitchen with a handful of house recipes and an undeniable love for bold, unapologetic flavor. 2016 — The Beginning

First Batch, First Fans

Wing Snob is founded in Lansing, MI. Operating out of a small commissary kitchen, our founder perfects the first five signature wing sauces and begins taking local orders.

2018 — Growing Roots

Opening Our First Location

We open our first brick-and-mortar location on S Cedar St, Lansing. The response is overwhelming — lines wrap around the block on opening weekend.

2020 — Adapting & Thriving

Launching Online Ordering

We pivot swiftly to online ordering and delivery, keeping our community fed through challenging times. Our online presence grows our customer base across United States.

2022 — New Heights

Menu Expansion & Awards
